the instruction pictures could have been more clear as there are a lot of similar pieces, but the desk is beautiful. everyone comments on how 'modern' my new office design is- the best part was the price

Packaging was OK. The large wooden section (bottom of drawers, under glass) had a few rub marks on it from shipping\packaging. The remainder of the packaging was in tact and well cusioned. Build was easy and instructions were good. The desk looks great once completed. I did expect it to be a bit "bigger", but dementions were true to size.
BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Use it in my modern bedroom to hold jewelry on one side and make-up on the other. Nice to be able to sit down and take care of both. Drawers run smoothly and are quite deep. Glass top is a lovely cool gray/green color. Desk came in parts which may intimidate those not very handy. My husband spent about 40 mins to assemble.
