We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Drawers did not glide smoothly, and front of keyboard drawer was broken off of hinges upon arrival. Construction is solid, but drawer finishing is definitely lacking.

It was a very quick and easy assembly. The dimensions are exactly as advertised (close fit for us so we were nervous about that). My only complaint, and it is fairly minor, is that the front of the breakaway drawer that holds the keyboard doesn't stay up so great; it sags forward. It's not a big deal for us since the desk is in a private room, but I'd be more unhappy with that if more people were seeing our office space.

Didn't have any of the problems of the other reviewer. The desk is a good size, well made, drawers have plenty of storage space...just an excellent product. Very, very, very easy to put together, you basically just attach the legs, flip it and you're done. The only complaint I have is that the smell of the desk is a bit much at first...maybe it's the packing materials/styrofoam or something but it smells like permanent markers for a while before airing out. If you're on the fence but are leaning towards getting it, do it, you will not be disappointed.

The drawer slides are a disaster. The center drawer slides were mounted so crooked that the drawer barely opened. I spent about 2 hours on my back under the desk figuring out and trying to fix the problem. One of the screws was completely mispositioned and there were several holes where mounting attempts had apparently been made at the factory. The screwheads are not flush inside the slide rails so the roller hits them when opening and closing the drawers. If care is not taken when opening and closing, the rollers come out of the track. It's just a matter of time before they will fail permanently and I will need to replace them. I will replace them with higher quality slides. I would never use such cheap junk on anything I put work into.
