We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. Desk top is supposed to be "distressed", but mine has 14 holes punched in the front left of the writing surface 1" X 5". Also on the left front there is a stain 2" X 3". The only reason that I didn't return the desk is because I didn't look at it until the boxes were destroyed and I had no way to return it. Also the color is much much darker than the picture in the computer. Also the drawers can slide all the way out when you pull them open. I'm sure those are all "fixable"
items and would then make this desk a ***** item.
